We want you to be completely satisfied with your NCS Colour products; however, if your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original NCS packaging, ensuring that color swatches and fans are protected from creases or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
